This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information (as defined below) and how to exercise any rights you might have with respect to this information. It governs information we collect through our website www.myedappt.com. our mobile application “MyEdappt” (collectively, “Sites”) and information we collect, directly or indirectly, through any other means during the course of utilizing our services under the Site (“Services”).

Please read this Privacy Policy, which is part of our Sites Terms of Use, before using our Site and/or Services. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions and/or this Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using our Site and/or Services. By accessing or using our Site and/or Services you agree to our use of your information consistent with the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, subject to your rights described below.

2. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

This Privacy Policy is subject to change. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently for any revisions or amendments. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this Site and will be effective immediately upon your acceptance of the revised terms. In the event you refuse to accept the revised privacy terms, we strongly recommend you to immediately stop the usage of the Site and / or Services and uninstall the same from your devices.

a.  We will, at all times, provide you the option to not provide the Personal Information which we seek from you. Further, you shall, at any time while using the Site have an option to withdraw your consent given earlier to us to use such Personal Information. Such withdrawal of the consent is required to be sent in writing to us at the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy below. In such event, your use of Site or Services shall be discontinued with immediate effect.

b.  By registering with us, you are expressly consenting to our collection, processing, storing, disclosing and handling of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. Any portion of the information containing Personal Information relating to minors provided by you shall be deemed to be given with the consent of the minor's legal guardian. Such consent is deemed to be provided by your registration with us.

As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through our Sites or Services, you do so at your own risk.

The Sites may contain links to third party websites including social media platforms. Please be aware that if you access these links, you will be leaving Site. We encourage users to read the privacy policies of those sites, as we are not responsible for their content, links, or privacy procedures.

c. Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

This means that we may retain the Personal Information for a reasonable period. After this period, Personal Information will be deleted from all our systems. We honor your request to have Personal Information deleted or modified at any time.

Subject to certain grounds set out in the Applicable Laws, you have the right to access your readily retrievable Personal Information that we hold and request for a correction to your Personal Information. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the Personal Information relates.

In respect for a request of correction, we may access the Personal Information that you have provided to us, where we believe the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the Personal Information. The user can also make corrections by themselves directly on the Site.
